Service and travel once started/completed is non-refundable under the Consumer Act & cooling off period. If the order is cancelled prior to service completion you will be refunded. If 100 miles were completed and cancelled in a 300 mile run, £200 will be refunded.
The charge is £1 per one-way overland mile, not as the crow flies. So if you want to go to Newton Abbot the distance is 31.9 miles. Add Haulage to your cart and then go to the cart and type 31.9 as the quantity, press refresh.

Diesel, driver, all costs are covered except waiting time at 20p per minute. It is rare waiting time is charged.
Carriage is restricted to 1.2 tonne. W=2m x H=1.75m x L=3.5m
We take boxed items from trusted clients who will not add contraband delivering in city PL1-PL13 and nationwide for +£1 more. If we mail the items the £1 surcharge is forgiven.
up to 1kg is 3 miles
up to 2kg is 4 miles
up to 5kg is 6 miles
up to 10kg is 7 miles
up to 15kg is 10 miles
Palletised freight up to 1.2 tonne is 75 miles. A pallet can hold 1 to 200 items. They are W=1m x L=1.2m x H=1.5m & "shrink-wrapped". We can haul pallets below 75 miles at £1 per mile. This may be a cheaper option.
Strict in city furniture and visible contents from any persons £1 per mile, minimum 15 miles.
We sell stamps as well. They must be pre-ordered and paid in cash-cash, bank transfer or PayPal friends with stamps unless you are buying other products.
In the notes section place the collection from address and a phone number. You can use the shipping address or the notes box if the report-to address differs from your own home/business address.
We don't do house removals and a food company certainly can't do waste or items with "vermin".
